Aaron Yazlovasky who LISTENED to my husband and what we needed did a very professional and efficient job on recommendations and alternatives that we could do for our mobile home.

My husband also said that when he popped into the shop on July 23 Aaron listened to what my husband wanted and gave him some alternatives and suggestions as to what type of unit we could install and also said that he could come out to Oliver on July 26 and see what we needed done with no hesitation and to give us an estimate. The 26th he came out to Oliver and looked at what we wanted done and he then gave us some suggestions and also had 3 units already researched for us and what the total prices would be. We were very impressed that he did the quotes immediately for us and let us decide what we wanted.

Excellent service compared to 5 other businesses that we approached that day while we were in Pentiction looking for someone to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit into the mobile home that we just purchased.

Just for your information it took 3 days for a couple of co.'s to call us back and we did not like that service! They could of at least called us back for the acknowledgement that they received our msg. and then stated when they could meet us but instead did not even call us until they had finished their current job.

Will and Andrew that also were part of his crew where very polite, good listeners and did what we asked of them even though it might not have been in the job description. They also cleaned up after themselves. Very professional! All three did that little extra that means a big something to a customer.

We were very impressed with the GLittle Group name with the overall expertise and knowledge that we received.

We will highly recommend these fellows!
